Poor experience with no communication and and no follow up.
Our delivery was confirmed on Wednesday for Saturday morning, where it just never showed up.
Called the store where Chris confirmed the issue and said he'd ring us back in 10 minutes - that call never happened. We called back Saturday afternoon before closing and no one answered.
Called Sunday morning to try and reschedule delivery and were promptly told that no delivery could be scheduled without the remainder of payment First, which was a little odd since we were never told that in the first scheduling of the delivery. So at this point, they've missed delivery, refusing our calls, and refusing to schedule a delivery.
The next day someone else called us back, scheduling delivery for Tuesday. On delivery day, they called twice and said they'd be earlier than originally scheduled - so we made sure we'd be home earlier. They ended up being 2 hours later than the original scheduled time and left dirt smudges on the mattress.
We also did not receive our mattress protector as part of delivery - we were told we would receive it either later that day or overnight delivery for next day. This did not happen.
After calling the week after, we were told there were supply/delivery issues from Sydney and we would receive it that week.
It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received the mattress protector nor any communication of when it is arriving.
I do not recommend this store and do not understand all the high reviews. If you check their FB reviews, there are more that are in line with my experience.

1. I don't see what flooding has to do with anything - by the time the first delivery was scheduled on Wednesday, the road flooding issues were over. Regardless, even in the worst of floods, there were no issues accessing our house (since we were able to get in and out every day, this is news to us). We also didn't have a problem with rescheduling delivery, the problem was there was no communication that the delivery wasn't going to happen and we were just sitting at home waiting.
2. With regards to the mattress protector: this was
a. Indicated on our invoice that we did not receive it. Chris said he would drop it by that day or overnight it to us
b. After a week had passed, we called your store phone and asked about it, and were told it would be delivered later that week
There was nothing that indicated "you need to speak to Lisa personally to get this actioned". Read more
