Yes of course. Just search our products and add to shopping cart. Once the order is complete and paid, it will be entered into our system and then into production. Depending on the order it should be dispatched in approximately 3 to 5 working days. A call will be made to confirm your delivery date.
Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, or you can choose to pay in-store or by finance. Please note, on some orders, you may be requested to show proof of ID (e.g. licence) and the credit card used to purchase the item prior to deliver.
Over the phone, we accept payment by credit card, however, at the point of delivery, the credit card holder will need to be present.
In-store we accept cash, credit cards (Visa, and Mastercard) or through finance with Certegy Ezi-Pay or ZIPmoney.
The majority of our products are made to order so delivery times vary from product to product. Any delivery in zone1 or 2 will be delivered in 3 -5 workings days.
Delivery in Brisbane from city centre to Caboolture, south to Pimpama and west to Ipswich - $99.00
Outlying zone 1, Caboolture to Pomona, Pimpama to Currumbin and Ipswich to Toowoomba - $199
Outside both of zone 1 and zone 2 will be quoted on a price on application basis.
Your delivery will be delivered with two people to the room of your choice. All products will be assembled and rubbish removed. If you require your old products to be taken away, this must be organized prior to delivery through staff in store. There maybe an extra charge when this is requested.
From time to time circumstances outside our control, may lead to delay in delivery time. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible if the issue arises. If due to site issues we can not get product to desired location, there maybe a need to return at another time and also may incur extra charges.
You may cancel an order made online within 24 hours of placement by emailing the store to which your order has been allocated as notified in your order acknowledgement email, or calling the store during its trading hours within 24 hours of placing your order. Except as set out above, Bed Kings shall not accept a cancellation of an order for change of mind unless Bed Kings chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.
If Bed Kings does accept such a cancellation, you must pay an amount that in Bed Kings’ reasonable view reflects the loss that Bed Kings will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage fees and any mark down). Bed Kings shall set off this amount against the payment you have made and refund the balance.
Yes we do. Here at Bed Kings we offer competitive interest free terms. The minimum conditions required to apply are:-
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Australia.
- Have a valid photo identification (usually a driver’s license)
- Be employed fulltime (working 30 hours or more a week)
- Have a bank account or credit card in your name.
Please note, that any application for finance is subject to terms and conditions and you successfully meeting the criteria for finance.
Yes we do. They generally are for 3 months maximum, however staff can consider special circumstances,for example if you are building a new house and completion date is longer than the current terms. Discuss this with staff in store.
